- Chicken piece 1/2 kg 
- 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
-1/4 kala namak/black salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 5 tbsp mustard oil (non heated)
